Patient had severe anterior teeth attrition (badly worn), and presented with compromised appearance. The porcelain veneers were delivered, follow with the night guard, and closely follow up. After 1 year follow up, the result is still satisfied.

Esthetic Improvement by dental implant and all ceramic crowns
Patient was unhappy with the black metal margin on the crowns on front teeth. The crowns were replaced with all ceramic crown, and a dental implant was placed on upper left lateral incisor (#22/ or #10 in US system).
